This online mortgage CE course was developed in partnership with Hondros Learning (http://hondroslearning.com), a leading developer of career-focused learning products for the real estate, appraisal, home inspection, mortgage, insurance and securities industries.
This new online mortgage CE course, NY SAFE: Law, Disclosure and Fair Practices, was developed by seasoned industry experts and experienced instructional designers. Offering New York mortgage professionals 3 hours of continuing education credits, this online mortgage CE course reviews New York state law, as it relates to mortgage license maintenance and mortgage license renewal. Furthermore, this course delves into the critical issues of fair and accurate advertising practices, with a look at relevant New York state laws, as well as highlighting notable advertising violations through case studies. Lastly, this online New York mortgage continuing education course serves as a refresher for mortgage professionals, keeping them up-to-date on application disclosures and procedures required to protect consumers.
