EmployeeTrack Software By TeleBEEM Helps Managers Keep Track Of Employee Cell Phones

EmployeeTrack is now available in BlackBerry App World. It allows managers to track their employees' incoming and outgoing phone calls, text messages, e-mails, multimedia (MMS) messages, calendar events, address book contacts and GPS location.

2010-12-23
LOS ANGELES, CA, December 23, 2010 (Press-News.org) With mobile technology playing an ever increasing role in the success of day to day business, more and more companies are providing smartphones to their employees working in the field. But with new technology come new challenges, such as managers lacking an easy way to track the activity on these devices to ensure compliance, enforce quality controls, or have a way to locate employees if they ever go missing. Start-up app maker TeleBEEM has released software to help companies meet these challenges.

EmployeeTrack is a simple solution for smartphones. Managers download and install the app onto their employees' BlackBerry smartphones, and the software automatically e-mails them a daily log of all vital phone activities and exact location through GPS. Employers can track all data usage on the phone, including changes to the phone's calendar and address book. The password-protected app runs seamlessly in the background, continually recording activity data, and can only be shut off by the person who installed it. Managers also have the option to trigger an instant report in case they need an employee's current location or recent activity data.

TeleBEEM founder Nick Knight explains: "Once an employee goes into the field, the company loses control of how, and sometimes if at all, business is conducted by that person. EmployeeTrack provides companies with peace of mind when their employees are out representing the company in the field, allowing managers to effectively manage their employees even from a distance."

EmployeeTrack is available now from TeleBEEM.com and in BlackBerry App World for $49.99 for a lifetime license with free upgrades (no subscription fees).

TeleBEEM is a Los Angeles-based developer of mobile applications for BlackBerry, Android, and iOS (iPhone/iPod/iPad). We develop apps that provide a high level of functionality at a value price.
