December 24, 2010 (Press-News.org) Prognext has released Mass Folder Manager Suite 2.0, a visual folder manager for managing multiple folder structures of projects automatically. With no programming knowledge required, both business people and IT professionals can create, copy, delete, and rename multiple folder structures in multiple projects automatically and reliably.
The newest feature in the program's version 2.0 includes unique simulation capability that allows simulation of the complete folder process without actually creating coping, deleting, or renaming folders on the hard drive. This allows users to now safely repeat folder operations with modified data to see the process in real time and eliminate errors - all without compromising existing folder structures.
Mass Folder Manager Suite 2.0 has three key elements that business users and IT professionals need to manage the folder structures of their projects efficiently.
1. An Automated System - No programming knowledge is required. Everything - the folder list selection, folder list generation, folder list processing (copy, delete, rename, and create), and tracking the folder list processing - is in real time and is automated with manual control.
2. Customizable Folder Lists - Users can easily customize folder lists using the input folder list builder, export-import options (import to or export from Excel), built-in include/exclude list window and the integrated editor.
3. Visual Control - The program's robust visual control system includes simulation, preview, a visual log with statistics and undo options so users can detect and correct any unwanted changes and errors without compromising existing folder structures.
