IADR announces 2023 recipients of the IADR Colgate Research Travel Awards

(Press-News.org) Alexandria, VA – The International Association for Dental Research (IADR) announced six recipients of the 2023 IADR Colgate Research Travel Awards. The recipients were recognized during the Opening Ceremonies of the 101st General Session of the IADR, which was held in conjunction with the 9th Meeting of the Latin American Region and the 12th World Congress on Preventive Dentistry, that took place on June 21, 2023, in Bogotá, Colombia. The recipients are:

Alaa Al Atta, University of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates Leonardo Libardi Pagotto, State University of Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil Tianle Li, The University of Hong Kong, SAR, China Yinli Liu, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Netherlands Jessy Kamila Sihuay Torres, University of Toronto, Ontario, Canada Ge Kelsey Xingyun, The University of Hong Kong, SAR, China Supported by Colgate-Palmolive Company, the IADR Colgate Research Travel Awards encourage young investigators to undertake research in the prevention of oral diseases and to facilitate their presentation of this work to the international dental and oral health research community. Awardees received a travel stipend to attend the IADR/LAR General Session & Exhibition and a commemorative plaque.
