AMMAN, JORDAN, January 06, 2011

Al Jude launched its "Sonbola" initiative in cooperation with The German Jordanian University, to motivate the youth to present their ideas and encourage them to participate in the ideation process. The goal of the initiative is to encourage the university's youth on scientific thinking and to generate as much constructive thinking as possible, which is achievable in our society by thinking of achieving more with less.

Mr. Khaled Sadeddin, Meydan Managing Director, said, "We seek through this initiative to penetrate the young men and women through their universities in order to attract them and encourage them to engage in the process of generating constructive ideas, to utilize their energies and potential, and support their ideas to become projects on the ground, and we thank the German Jordanian University for their cooperation with us through "Sonbola" which seeks to be expanded in all Jordanian universities and colleges in our endeavor to make Jordan a pioneer followed in all parts of the world.

It is worth mentioning that Meydan, a new age accelerator focused on reducing the time from idea to revenue (I2R), was launched in May 2010.

Meydan also conducts a thorough screening process to select candidates with the best potential. We offer more than money. The value we create is 80% from wisdom and knowhow, and 20% from money. For more information about the Sonbola initiative login to our website http://www.meydanjo.com/sonbola.
