SAN DIEGO, CA, January 07, 2011 (Press-News.org) Thedailysave.com is ringing in the New Year with deals like never before: The premier deal-of-the-day website, launched by Get 1 Free Magazine and localized to the San Diego market, announced the start of its new Neighborhood Program which will break-up The County into four neighborhoods, each offering deals geographically targeted to users in those areas.
Under the Neighborhood Program, thedailysave.com will send users in all four areas a different main deal-of-the-day that is the most geographically appropriate to their location.
Meanwhile, access to the deals happening that day in the other neighborhoods will show up as thumbnails on the page and be equally available to all users.
The deals we offer our subscribers on a daily basis are great. However, due to the distance at which someone must drive to take advantage of one of these great deals, it becomes a deterrent to the savings, said Ryan Green, CEO of thedailysave.com. We want to offer San Diegans more local deals; deals that are more relevant to where they do most of their shopping and bargain-finding.
Current users will not have to change anything about their subscriptions to thedailysave.com. Instead, the company will internally divide its customers based on the zip code given in the initial sign-up.
Instead of maybe only a few deals a month being of interest to our users, due to the location of the given business, we hope that will change to a few deals a week that are appealing, making it more efficient for the consumer and our partnering businesses, said Green.
To start receiving your localized, daily deals, visit http://www.thedailysave.com and sign-up today.
