January 5th, 2011 Debora McLaughlin, CEO of Open Door Coaching and co-founder of The Real World Leaders Institute with Donna Price, Leadership Strategist and Team Builder, will launch their strategy rich radio show for business leaders, CEO's and managers focused on introducing effective leadership skills, assisting leaders through current challenges and introducing new leadership concepts like that of neuroleadership.
