2011-01-10
SCOTTSDALE, AZ, January 10, 2011 (Press-News.org) LetterStream, Inc and CINC Systems are proud to announce an integration between LetterStream's Print and Mail service and CINC Systems software to simplify the process of sending community association documents via USPS First Class and Certified Mail.

With this integration, CINC Systems users will be able to send first class letters, certified letters, statements and postcards. Users will reap the benefits of cost saving and convenience, streamlining their business practices and increasing office productivity.

"CINC Systems is excited to offer seamless integration with LetterStream. Our customers have asked for better ways to handle printing and mailing, especially Certified Mail, and this integration provides the efficiency they are looking for at an affordable price", says CINC President, David Gunn.

The need for community management companies to send certified letters is greatly increasing due to collections, liens and other credit problems. This integration allows users of CINC Systems software to send their certified mail documents to LetterStream for printing, folding, inserting and mailing, which eliminates nearly all the manual work required to send certified mail. In addition, this integration eliminates trips to the Post Office as well as the tedious task of filling out and then later filing the PS Form 3811 or "green cards".

LetterStream's automated tracking system collects all Certified Mail tracking and electronic signature data online, and makes it available for viewing and/or printing, insuring the correct paperwork is readily available for CINC Systems users.

"Our print and mail service provides an excellent solution for sending one or thousands of letters through the United States Postal Service. This integration with CINC Systems is just another way that we eliminate the headaches of sending Certified and First Class Mail", says LetterStream President, David Patterson.
