TORONTO, CANADA, September 03, 2010 (Press-News.org) WSI, the planet's # 1 electronic advertising and marketing business, is starting an "Investing in America" Plan, an initiative targeted in order to bring right back towards the online community and additionally help restore the US economic system following the recession. By means of this program, WSI is going to be offering American-established young executives and military veterans the chance to positively choose WSI marketing operation for a substantially discounted fee with the decree that they can "pay it forward" through issuing back to their local companies by way of different considerate works.
Ron McArthur, President of WSI, says confidently, "WSI strongly believes in giving back to the community through several beneficial charity programs, like our Make Child Poverty History (MCPH) charitable campaign, our Young Entrepreneurship Scholarship (YES!) Program, and the newest, helpful initiative called Investing in America. Though the current recession impacted markets all over the whole world, the US economy especially underwent a large downturn. By launching the new Investing in America Program, we really hope to do our true best in helping to rebuild the US economy, while offering young entrepreneurs and military veterans a good opportunity to start their own, influential business at a 50% lower franchisee fee - perhaps a particular opportunity they may not be offered otherwise."
WSI has set aside 30 single unit franchise opportunities for this amazing program, each available at a discounted start-up cost, consisting of $24,700 USD. This opportunity is geared to all new franchise applicants entering the selection process, put into place August 10, 2010. Young entrepreneurs can qualify for this opportunity if they are under the age of 28, have completed their high school graduation, and are able to provide proof of said qualifications. Meanwhile, military veterans can qualify by providing a valid DD214 or alternative proof of completing military service. All applicants must be US citizens and, if they are selected, will operate their WSI marketing franchise in the US at a local license level.
"The truly great thing about this program is its "pay it forward' approach," says Ron McArthur. "All people who receive any WSI marketing franchise through Investing in America will be asked to invest back into their local communities. For example, they could donate a new website or marketing services to a local church, non-profit organization, children's program or community center. A young entrepreneur could offer to give some sort of encouraging speech at a school about business success or donate time to teach a class about marketing to a local college or university. These are just a few suggestions; all those in the program will have creative freedom to give back using unique ways best suited to their skills and the needs of their local communities."
All franchise owners in the Investing in America Program will have 5 years to complete the task of providing charitable acts in the total value of $25,000, which is equivalent to the initial 50% discount they received on the franchisee fee. Through the "pay it forward" component of the program, WSI hopes that not only will the US economy experience growth and success with the opening of additional, useful marketing offices, but that local communities around the country will actually benefit through charitable acts delivered by our Investing in America franchise owners.
All eligible, US-based young entrepreneurs and military veterans are invited to apply for the program by visiting http://www.wsiinvestinginamerica.com.

2010-09-03
The NHS and, thereby, Britain's taxpayers are forking out millions of pounds every year to cope with the effects of obesity. Moreover, the UK's obesity issue shows no signs of abating as people pile on the pounds, indulging in fast food and sugary treats, and put their health at risk.
In 2008, the NHS spent some GBP45m on specialist medical equipment which included super-size wheelchairs, reinforced beds and bigger operating tables. The NHS currently spends around GBP5bn a year helping people with weight problems and, with obesity levels on the increase, it's predicted ...
