DALLAS, TX, January 14, 2011 (Press-News.org) Southwest Funding, LP is pleased to name Joshua Christensen (formerly of Legacy Mortgage) as Branch Manager of its newest office in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Joshua has 15 years in the banking and mortgage industry and is looking forward to his continued service to the people of Albuquerque, New Mexico and the surrounding areas.

The branch office is located at 6100 Seagull St NE, Ste. B205, Albuquerque, NM 87109 and is open Monday through Friday from 9-5 as well as evening & weekends by appointment.

Southwest Funding, LP based in Dallas, TX since 1993, is a full service mortgage banker offering all types of loans including FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, and Reverse mortgages. The company is opening new offices and hiring experienced mortgage professionals throughout the southwest.

Joshua moved to New Mexico in 1995 where he immediately fell in love with the people and the culture of the area. He published his first book in August of 2010 called Consider the Ant based on Biblical money practices. He specializes in FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo, and Reverse Mortgages. With years of experience, Joshua has discovered that many of his clients need more than a mortgage loan.
