For those who are unable to come to the Troop Care Package Party at Bel Aire Terrace Luxury Apartments in Crestview, FL, there are many ways you can still make a difference in a soldier's life. Bel Aire Terrace has put together a list of some websites where you can show your appreciation for the military.

AnySoldier.com, http://www.anysoldier.com, features emails from different military personnel regarding the type of support needed in the field. The support could be in the form of a simple letter or package, or it could toiletries, food or even newspapers and magazines. Donors address their letters and packages to the writer's name, but also add the words "ATTN: Any Soldier" on the second line. The writer shares the mail with fellow servicemen and women. If there is "Any Soldier" who is not receiving a lot of mail from home, that soldier will be the first person to receive the letter.

TroopCarePack.com, http://www.troopcarepack.com, is a service that provides a simple way to send care packages overseas to deployed soldiers. To troops in Iraq, or soldiers in Afghanistan, or to any APO or FPO address, TroopCarePack.com gets packages out as quickly as possible, addressed correctly with all the necessary forms. Select a themed care package or put one together yourself by choosing items from their huge inventory.

OperationMilitaryPride.com, http://www.operationmilitarypride.com, is a website dedicated to volunteer organization with a wide range of activities-all of which are to boost the morale of our troops deployed overseas. They not only send cards, letters and care packages themselves, but also distribute troop names and addresses to patriots wanting to send direct contact with a service member, eliminating the "middle man" and expenses.

The websites listed already have the names and addresses to send them soldiers in need. If you know of a family friend or coworker that may know a soldier overseas ask them for the information to send a care package their way. As with all charities, make sure that you fully understand the organization and its goals before giving.
