DENVER, CO, January 19, 2011 (Press-News.org) Denver's Grace Presbyterian Church, as well as Colorado Springs' Pikes Peak Christian Church and Circle Drive Baptist Church are building new facilities to accommodate their growing congregations and chose Fransen Pittman General Contractors as their builder.

Grace Presbyterian Church is planning a 25,000sq ft new building on Santa Fe Drive in Denver to meet the needs of its expanding congregation. Semple Brown Design, P.C. is the architect. Construction start planned for mid 2011.
Circle Drive Baptist Church's new building will be constructed on 35 acres near the intersection of Bradley and Markshuffle Road in Colorado Springs. The new sanctuary will seat approximately 800 people and provide community gathering places for church members and guests. Lee Architects is designing the facility. Construction start planned for late summer 2011.
Pikes Peak Christian Church, also in Colorado Springs, is planning a new venue that will seat up to 750 people. Construction start is planned for first quarter of 2011. Bollar Cruz is the architect and owner's representative is Prestige Development Solutions.
