There are far more younger men looking to meet and date older women than there are older women looking for younger men. The younger men are driving the cougar dating dynamic, and the numbers are in the women's favor.

The highpoint of the Convention will be the Miss Cougar Valentine Contest. One woman at The Convention will be elected by the Cubs in attendance. The winner will be a woman who is present at the Convention, legally single, and at least 35 years of age. She will win a free room at Hedonism II Resort & Spa at Negril Beach, Jamaica during International Cougar Week, March 27 - April 2, 2011.

The Convention begins at 7:30pm with the Keynote Addresses and Live Comedy, followed by a Dance Party at 9pm. At approximately 10pm, one cougar will be crowned Miss Cougar Valentine, who will be available to the news media for interviews. She will also be available for photos in front of the club's 2,000 gallon shark tank.
