Local Industry Veteran Tony Craig; Joins Genesis Commercial Capital

Tony Craig Joins Genesis Commercial Capital's New RDW Division

2011-01-22
IRVINE, CA, January 22, 2011 (Press-News.org) Genesis Commercial Capital Expands New Waste Industry Specialization

Genesis has recently assigned long term industry veteran, Tony Craig, to head up the new vendor RDW (Recycling/Disposal/Waste) division of Genesis Commercial Capital. Genesis has always been the leader in lease financing for equipment in this growing industry and has partnered with Tony Craig to expand our reach into the vendor and equipment seller's markets. With his 15 years of industry experience we are able to commit additional resources and bank lines to further developing various new and existent lease programs for equipment sellers to have on line for their client's acquisitions. We have continuously raised volume in all segments of the industry including:
Hauling Trucks, Roll Off Units, Compactors, Bailers, Shredders, Crushing Equipment, Forklifts and Lift Trucks, Vacuum Equipment, Extraction Units, Tanks, Packers, Remediation Equipment

The New developments in the industry and the rising environmental standards have dictated the need for alternative sources of financing for the industry. Traditional lending sources such as banks are not familiar with this type of equipment and are not always comfortable lending in this economic climate. They have the tendency to scrutinize financing packages for their clients in this industry. Genesis has experienced great success in the RDW industry since it is one of our core segments of business currently. Many of our account executives have backgrounds in the RDW industry either through past work history or industry specialization. Our credit team is also encouraged to study the new environmental laws in the industry by reading and keeping up with trade publications, attending industry seminars and trade shows, and frequently interviewing current manufacturers and vendors for insights into the future of RDW.

Our current clients include an expanding group of recycling companies, disposal companies, landfills, remediation companies, and various other industry leaders. Our primary focus on vendor/supplier and manufacturer representation has contributed to the extreme growth of our RDW Division. Our ability to understand lessee contracts in the industry has given us a more varied credit window enabling us to fund leases for companies large and small. We also take pride in our being able to offer leasing to enable companies to acquire used equipment at more affordable prices. Many times companies are able to secure attractive deals on used trucks and other equipment and this is yet another niche market for Genesis.

Across the country, equipment vendors in the RDW industry are finding that a strong financial partnership is the key to successful operation and growth. They are no longer able to compete in the marketplace without having a funding source to accommodate their clients' changing needs. We will continue to offer every customer we work with un-matched service and expertise in this market so they can get the equipment they need to be as productive as possible. It is this simple focus that will enable us to stay ahead of our competition.

With headquarters in Irvine, California, GeNESIS Capital Leasing was founded in 2000 by industry leaders who together have nearly 50 years of experience in the banking and finance industries.

Genesis specializes in providing equipment financing and leasing to small and medium-sized companies across the country. Our business philosophy is built on the relentless pursuit of Innovation, Integrity, and Results.

What sets Genesis apart is the ability to go beyond credit approvals and lease agreements to develop real-world solutions for businesses in a broad range of industries.

Through varied programs and services, Genesis strives to anticipate needs and suggest unique solutions that help clients pursue their corporate objectives.

Increasing Bug Infestations Reported in New Jersey

2011-01-22
However, New Jersey bed bugs seem to be the most prominent culprit in the ever increasing reports of infestations. Unlike other pests like ants, cockroaches and termites, the threat of New Jersey bed bugs should not be underestimated. The fact that New Jersey bed bugs, much like any other bed bugs, feed entirely on human blood make them just as much a threat as any other branch of bugs or pests. New Jersey bed bugs are noted to be potential carriers of disease and infection; and though they are more largely recognized for gravitating towards human beds, they can also be ...
