Brookfield's Rockrose Earns National Recognition

New homes at Rockrose at The Foothills in Carlsbad honored for design excellence

SAN DIEGO, CA, January 23, 2011 (Press-News.org) New homes now being built at Rockrose at The Foothills by Brookfield Homes, and designed by Dahlin Group Architecture Planning, have been recognized as among the best in the nation for design excellence.

The Brookfield Homes San Diego community of single-family detached homes received two awards from the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) as part of its Best in American Living Awards (BALA). Presented Jan. 13 in Orlando during the International Builders Show, Rockrose Plan 3 won a Gold Award, and Rockrose Plan 2 won a Silver Award.
