MEMPHIS, TN, January 28, 2011 (Press-News.org) Memphis Obstetrics and Gynecological Association, PC, has announced the addition of Terri Head as office manager for its Methodist-Germantown location.
Mrs. Head has a long history with MOGA, having served as a patient representative in the Germantown office for the past eight years. In this capacity, she worked with numerous patients who were expecting babies. Her duties included coordinating their insurance benefits and answering questions about the process. She also coordinated surgery schedules and served as the liaison between the physicians and the hospital.
Prior to that position, Mrs. Head worked as a telephone operator and a floater for MOGA.
Mrs. Head is married to Tom Head and has one daughter. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading forensic science books, bowling, and billiards. She is a member of Crossway Church in Bartlett. A native of Louisiana, she also enjoys visiting her father and brothers in the Monroe and New Orleans areas.
