Internet Video Surveillance C-MOR: proven system newly styled from front to end, with new technology added

The new C-MOR P series in a new look with more power and more storage space

2011-01-28
LAKE FOREST, CA, January 28, 2011 (Press-News.org) The silver front of the C-MOR-P11-series still reminds of its predecessor but at the very first glance modern design and smooth transitions strike the viewer's attention. The device is more compact and sturdier than before.

The case indicates already with the new design that the technical side has been considerably improved, too. The developers at C-MOR have surpassed themselves. Soon the new chassis will accommodate a new Intel motherboard and the new, even more powerful Intel processors. What is more, the storage capacity will be even more generously designed with bigger hard disks. The exact capacity of the single P11 models will be announced before the new series will go on sale.

With better value for money the new C-MOR-P11 system also offers more space for cameras with a resolution of one or more megapixel. With a gigabit network port C-MOR easily tackles substantially growing amounts of data. On this basis the increasing number of images per second can be easily handled without ever coming to a halt. The system can be easily extended with additional cameras without immediately consuming all power reserves.

Virtually all renowned camera manufacturers like Axis, Level1, MOBOTIX, Panasonic, Sony and many more are supported. The system is, of course, also optimally equipped for future camera models. By means of an integrated update function the system is always up to date. C-MOR software as well as camera models can be easily updated over the Internet and thanks to this means C-MOR will always be up to date.

The cost from 798 USD for the entry-level model C-MOR-3P11 is slightly above the price of the predecessor but the new series offers far more performance and storage. In the long run the purchase is certainly a worthwhile investment, which will pay off soon. The new model is available from February 22nd, 2011.
