With more than one break behind her, she is a keen traveller with experience of the travel industry and voluntary work - with decades of experience to enhance her coaching and consulting. Lou has gone from business suit to wetsuit - as a professional stuck behind a computer screen in busy London, England to getting lost in the jungles of Papua New Guinea to swimming with sharks as a scuba diving instructor in Thailand and back to her original home in Canada. She knows it's a simple formula combining the right mindset with good information that'll make the life break a great success.
