Colorado Integrative Cancer Care Expands

Denver Metro's only integrative oncology practice expands to new location at Centennial Medical Plaza

2010-09-04
AURORA, CO, September 04, 2010 (Press-News.org) In order to better serve patients,Colorado Integrative Cancer Care (CICC) has opened a second office location at the Centennial Medical Plaza campus. This state-of-the-art center will offer a myriad of specialized services to treat patients by integrating scientifically proven cancer care with evidence-based complementary therapies. The first location for CICC is at The Medical Center of Aurora.

CICC was created in response to the increasing patient demand for integrative oncology - healing-oriented medicine that takes account for the whole person (body, mind and spirit), including all aspects of lifestyle - and offers treatment that combines mainstream cancer care with evidence-based, complementary therapies.

"We are thrilled to expand our services to a new location in Centennial," said Dr. Diab, medical director, CICC. "The convenient location will help improve oncology care by providing integrative services, which are not easily available.

"To win the fight against cancer, it is essential to take a holistic approach by integrating surgery, chemotherapy and radiation with complementary modalities, including mind-body techniques, nutritional counseling, acupuncture and supplements. Colorado Integrated Cancer Care is unique in this approach because we are truly taking care of the whole patient - their mind, body and spirit."

The new office is located at 14100 E. Arapahoe Rd., Suite 120, Centennial, CO 80112. The other office location is at 1400 S. Potomac St., Suite 215, Aurora, CO 80012.

For more information about CICC, visit myCICC.com or call 720-282-2325.
