CLAREMONT, CA, January 30, 2011 (Press-News.org) Allison Goodwine, Fitness trainer and owner of train with Allison announced that she will be moving her boot camps to a new studio where she will also be starting a fun and completely new workout class. She will be teaching at Studio M located in downtown Claremont, CA. Allison will be starting her new class, Amped yoga, this Saturday the 29th at 3:30pm. The class is a mix of traditional yoga poses and gymnastics skills.
When Allison met with the owner of Studio M, she knew the fun and holistically centered environment was the perfect place to bring her clients and introduce her new class. The studio offers yoga, Pilates and circus type classes like hoop, rings and the silk ropes. Many of her boot camp attendees encouraged Allison to start teaching more classes than her boot camps as they cannot get enough of her fresh infections spirit or her result driven work outs. Allison spent the last few months working on polishing her traditional yoga poses as well as the terminology used to instruct a yoga class.
Not a day goes by that a new fitness regimen or class isn't popping up, but this unique mixture is sure to stand out as well as attract a diverse array of students. Beyond being fun and appropriate for most fitness levels, the moves will tone up the body while ensuring additional flexibility. Those who know about the class starting this week are anxious with excitement and anticipation as they know it will be both fun and challenging. The class is appropriate for people from a beginner level to advanced.
"As a fitness enthusiast with a gymnastics background I am always looking for fun new ways to incorporate physical activity into my daily life. I myself would have never thought that yoga was for me, that is until I set foot into my very first power yoga class. I quickly fell in love with the physically challenging practice and decided that this was something that I could see myself doing. After continuing my power yoga practice the heart pumping, power packed classes inspired me to combine my love and knowledge of both yoga and gymnastics into one. As a result of my inspiration I now teach my own dynamic fusion of yoga and gymnastics practiced with a fun and upbeat playlist!" Allison explains.
