Blue Coast presented the grand opening of the 110 East Atlantic Avenue building August 19, 2010. The evening was attended by local celebrities and businesspeople and featured a fashion show, live music and International investors. The property, which was recently taken over by Blue Coast Real Estate and Development Group, LLC, boasts the largest amount of Class A office space in the central corridor of Delray Beach.
Blue Coast is a licensed brokerage firm founded in 2004 that specializes in property acquisitions, landlord representation, brand representation, property management, consulting, capital-raising opportunities, and investments. Charles Byron Andrews, Founder and CEO, was introduced by Delray Beach Mayor Woodie McDuffie and Chamber of Commerce President Mike Malone during the event's opening ceremony. Andrews is an esteemed international speaker and a nationally recognized hedge fund manager and developer. He is the creator of the trademarked Equity Builder Formula and is the author of acclaimed real estate investment book, Risk & Grow. "I am glad to bring my European flair to the apple pie town of Delray Beach," noted Andrews.
Andrews' first venture in Delray Beach was as a junior partner and capital coordinator in Worthing Place, the largest luxury apartment complex in the city. He then turned his attention to taking over 110 East Atlantic Avenue. This property is composed of approximately 42,000 square feet of luxury office suites and retail space and is located in the hub of Delray Beach's busy business, entertainment and cultural district.
Regalia Vodka made its premier appearance in the United States at the grand opening. Guests enjoyed signature cocktails throughout the evening, courtesy of the distilled five times vodka produced in Yaroslavl, Russia. Another highlight of the evening was the Super Car Experience's car exhibition of Exotic European Cars. A high-end luxury event held in Palm Beach County for the past 2 years, the Super Car Experience hosts elite Formula One Drivers and super car owners for a weekend of exclusive racing. To finish off the evening, Blue Coast presented an impressive Zamora Swimwear fashion show, showcasing models in luxurious handmade suits.
