The Accountability Experience An Interactive Workshop Increases Personal Accountability

Accountability is what leaders need in their organizations and they are baffled what happened to it.

2011-02-02
NEWTON, NJ, February 02, 2011 (Press-News.org) Donna Price, Leadership Strategist and Team Builder, along with Co-Founder Debora McLaughlin, Executive Leadership Coach, are pleased to bring the "Accountability Experience " to the Real World Leader's Institute. Workplaces demand a responsive team that can deliver and meet the demands of customers. But the reality is that leaders develop BIG strategic plans and implementation strategies and still find there is a huge gap between strategic goals and performance results.

Employees feel pressure to perform with demands of management that are higher and higher. The key to achieving a high performance culture is individual accountability throughout an entire organization. When people perceive themselves to be accountable for goals and tasks they work to gain clarity on what is expected. Accountability results in higher performing teams and also in people that feel that they are more in control and less like they are being micro-managed. Managers are freed up to accomplish more and no longer need to be the micro-manager or over controller.

The Accountability Experience is designed to help organizations and individuals gain a competitive advantage by performing beyond expectations, meeting goals and expectations.

Facilitated by Institute Co-Founders Donna Price and Debora McLaughlin the seven week webinar will be offered starting February 28th and use state of the art technology that allows small group work as well as webinar style instruction. A live in person workshop is offered in person by the Real World Leader's Institute in Nashua, New Hampshire on February 16th.
