MIAMI, FL, February 02, 2011 (Press-News.org) Nothing more natural for a collection of independent and privately owned boutique hotels than to collaborate with STEM - a bespoke "hands-on" support service created for this niche.
The mission of STEM is to assist and support hotel owners and managers in all aspect of hotel management. The experienced STEM team works with hoteliers to assist with operations, openings and repositioning, capital investment planning, seasonal and relief management and emergency.
Various are the services offered by STEM , including tanking over the "head office" functions that boutique hotels may have limited practice in: STEM 's goal is to make the most of available resources and reach ownership's revenue and other targets in the most proficient and timely way possible.
For each client a measurable strategic "roadmap" is created and executed. The bespoke roadmap will include objectives, timelines, likely costs and a framework for how the team will operate at the property. As part of the roadmap, STEM will carry out a specifically designed "stem quality check" prior to commencing the project to gauge the performance of their property against objective criteria.
"We are very pleased to work together with Robert van Eerde," says Juan Palmada, Vice President of Epoque Hotels. "His 23 years of experience are assuredly going to be a valuable resource for hoteliers needing some guidance on how to thrive in a complex industry such as this one."
