On Attention Talk Radio, sponsored by DIG Coaching Practice, host and attention coach Jeff Copper interviews Dr. Roberto Olivardia on the relationship between sleep and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and how they affect one another.Dr. Olivardia is a clinical instructor in the Department of Psychology at Harvard Medical School and maintains a private practice in Arlington, Massachusetts, where he specializes in treating adults and adolescents with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and eating disorders. He also conducts a support group for men and women with BDD at the OCD Institute at McLean Hospital in Belmont, Massachusetts. He is a co-author of "The Adonis Complex: How to Identify, Treat and Prevent Body Obsession in Men and Boys," which details body image problems in men. He has taught courses at UMass Boston and Boston College and has consulted on a number of projects dealing with male body image issues. He is a frequent speaker at conferences throughout the United States.
