ANTIBES, FRANCE, February 03, 2011 (Press-News.org) Experts in real estate South of France attributed the strong growth last year to the improved financing conditions implemented by the French government to cushion the country's economic decline. The number of luxury property investment worth more than 100 million Euros has dramatically increased by 75% year on year. Globally, German investors have been the strongest source of foreign investment, accounting for almost 20% of the total transactions of 2010. Second came the US with 6% whilst a recovering UK economy saw just 4% of all transactions.
Whilst it is still apparent real estate France is still some way short of secure it is however, heading in the right direction.
