Integrated Consulting Announces Corporate Restructuring and Acquisition

Integrated Consulting announces a private acquisition, corporate restructure and expansion in order to meet growing client and industry demand.

HOUSTON, TX, February 03, 2011 (Press-News.org) Integrated Consulting today announced a corporate restructuring intended to focus the company on meeting growing client demands for full project management services.. As part of the restructuring and improved organizational efficiency, Integrated Consulting has acquired a California based construction management consulting company. Details of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Integrated Consulting has restructured the company into three (3) distinct divisions: project management/project controls consulting, construction management, and talent acquisition. Leading the construction management division is Mr. Tom Magill, Executive Vice President of Construction Management. Based on the West Coast (Los Angeles), Tom has an extensive background in the construction management industry. He has over 16 years of construction and project management experience with a major oil company. He has lead projects in bioremediations, petrochemical turnarounds, unit shut downs, industrial projects and pipelines (both onshore and offshore). In addition, Mr. Magill is also certified to conduct Operator Qualification assessments.

Josh Medica, President of Integrated Consulting, says, "We are excited to welcome Tom to Integrated Consulting's Executive Team.
