Downtown Cary Restaurant Offers Special Five-Course Meal, Valentine's Brunch Menu Feb. 12 Through Feb. 14

Chatham St., has announced that the restaurant will host "A Gayla Affair" on Valentine's Day Weekend, Saturday, Feb. 12 through Monday, Feb. 14. Patrons can enjoy a specially prepared five-course gourmet meal and listen to live music for $39 per person.

DETAILS:
- The specially prepared five-course dinner menu includes a first course of roasted butternut squash soup with crème fraiche.

- The second course is hearts of palm, baby arugula and peppadew salad with warm mushroom dressing.

- Entree selections for the third course include roasted shrimp with feta; pesto stuffed chicken wrapped in prosciutto; beef tenderloin with Madeira sauce; and cheese ravioli lasagna with shitake mushrooms and alfredo sauce. All entrees include caramelized baby carrots and collards courtesan.

- The fourth course is pear, gorgonzola and walnut puffed pastry triangles.

- The fifth course includes choices of bananas foster or crème brûlee.

- In addition to the restaurant's regular brunch menu, a special $9 Valentine's brunch menu includes leek and gruyere crustless quiche, banana pancakes, breakfast sandwich, huevos rancheros and breakfast burrito. A dish of complimentary scones is included with the meal.
