Safestyle UK Goes The Extra Mile For Staff
Windows and doors specialist to hold massive staff survey and also hands out long service awards to loyal employees.

DOUBLE glazing giant Safestyle UK has organised a huge survey to gauge the job satisfaction of its workforce.The windows and doors specialist is keen to show that it listens to its staff and its Employee Survey will take place over two days at the company's Manufacturing Centre in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, on February 7th and 8th.
A Safestyle UK spokesman said: "Our Employee Survey helps us measure and understand our employees' attitudes, opinions, motivations and job satisfaction.
"It forms a big part of our employee engagement strategy and proves that we appreciate our employees and listen to them.
"The survey is done on an annual basis and is completed by the whole factory. Once we have the results in we act upon what our employees want."
Safestyle has also handed out 28 long service awards to staff at the Barnsley factory. The accolades were presented to employees who had accrued 10 years' service. The staff were Keith Blower, Wayne Brooks , Stephen Dawson, Andrew Deering, Peter Dixon, Shane Dunning, David Gryzelka, Brian Harrod, Shaun Hawkins, Craig Jarvis, Graham Jarvis, Robert Kelk, Russell Kelly, Marc Kelly, Paul Ledger, Craig Mara, Vernon Mills, Steve Parkes, Lee Parkin, Phil Poulton, Paul Sharman, Kevin Skeldon, John Smith, Jillian Turner, Dave Williams, Melvin Williams, Tony Woodhouse, and Pete Woolley.
And the company has also presented some employees with a series of training accolades. Four staff received the ILM Level 2 Team Leading award (Jamie Andrews, Sean England, Peter Jones and Lee Parkin).
Seven employees also received the IOSH Managing Safely Award (Andrew Beedham, Stuart Higgins, Keith Jones, Paul Ledger, Wayne Morris, Tony Ward and Andrew Worroll).
And three workers (Steven Dawson, Michael Sellars and Alan Watkins) achieved their NVQ Level 2 in Production and Fabrication.
The Safestyle UK spokesman added: "Our staff are the lifeblood of the company and we are keen to reward employees, develop their skills and engage with them continuously."
