RALEIGH, NC, February 05, 2011 (Press-News.org) Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality (http://www.rockytophospitality.com), has announced that Michael Dean's Seafood Grill & Oyster Bar, located at 6004 Falls of Neuse Road in Raleigh, will transition to become Tribeca Tavern, a sister restaurant to Rocky Top Hospitality's Cary location (http://www.tribecataverncary.com). Tribeca Tavern will serve microbrews, 20 North Carolina drafts, and casual, family-friendly, and affordable fare that will focus on gourmet burgers made using fresh, all-natural Blue Ribbon Angus beef from Coastal Cattle Company in Ayden, N.C. The cows are fed all-natural feed, mother's milk, Bermuda grass and hay twice a day. No growth hormones, additives, antibiotics or chemical feed are used. As a proud supporter of N.C. farmers and growers, Tribeca Tavern will grind burgers in house daily. Tribeca Tavern's menu will also include North Carolina seafood, poultry, pork, dairy and produce, which in many cases will be organic.
As a Raleigh staple for more than 13 years, Michael Dean's offered a superior dining experience for guests with a menu featuring casual American fare, fresh seafood and several specialty dishes prepared in a unique wood-fired oven. Michael Dean's will remain open until close of business on Monday, Feb. 14.
QUOTES:
"Through Michael Dean's, we have been able to provide an impeccable level of service and quality to our local community. Michael Dean's will remain open until after Valentine's Day, so we hope that all of our guests will come enjoy one last meal before the conversion," said Ogan. "I would like to thank Michael Dean's customers for their patronage through the years, and invite everyone to visit the new Tribeca Tavern once the conversion is complete. After the success we have experienced in Cary, I am excited to move forward with the new location as we have had Raleigh customers express interest in a similar offering."
