CHICAGO, IL, February 05, 2011 (Press-News.org) When the Sears-Craftsman Experience needed to make sure its message was heard loud and clear, they chose AmpliVox to build the podium that one of Chicago's top radio stations, WXRT used to announce its 2010 Listener's Poll Awards. AmpliVox built the podium on the Craftsman set for a YouTube Sears-Craftsman Experience video that was shot just prior to the awards (copy and paste this link in your browser to view video: http://www.youtube.com/user/amplivoxsound#p/u/7/lncO4CdBOII)
More than 100 VIP WXRT fans watched the live radio broadcast January 13, 2011, in which listeners voted for their favorite albums, movies, concerts and more from 2010. Lin Brehmer the station's morning DJ, announced the results from the AmpliVox podium.
"AmpliVox extended the voice of WXRT's fans today," said Don Roth, CEO of AmpliVox. Roth supervised his AmpliVox colleagues Cesar Paredes and Charley Rummel in building the podium.
