CANBERRA, AUSTRALIA, February 05, 2011 (Press-News.org) The Cancer Council ACT is a non government not-for-profit community organisation that aims to promote a healthier community by reducing the incidence and impact of cancer in the ACT region. The Council depends largely on the generosity of the ACT and surrounding community providing donations and supporting fundraising initiatives.
A number of years using a computer repair business to rectify any computer and network problems in a break / fix solution left ACT Cancer Council with the idea that there has to be a better way of managing the technology that their business relied on for their staff and their members.
Paradigm Management Group is now delivering a solution to the ACT Cancer Council they call Trouble Free Technology (TFT). This solution delivers a Managed IT Service that makes business easier, faster and more productive. "Trouble free Technology provides security for your data, flexibility for your staff and stability for your business. It does not mean that the Technology is trouble free, as this has not been achieved yet, but it does mean that any problem with IT can be resolved as fast as possible with no added costs to the ACT Cancer Council" Doug Jervis, Managing Director of Paradigm Management Group said.
"The ACT Cancer Council has a single monthly cost that covers any and all staff who calls the help desk between 0800 and 1700 Monday to Friday, all of the systems are monitored 365 days a year and all problems picked up by the self repairing software are also covered under the Trouble Free Technology Support Plan." Said Roger Smith, Operations Manager, Paradigm Management Group.
