LONDON, ENGLAND, February 16, 2011 (Press-News.org) Escapade fancy dress has announced it has seen a booster year in sales of sexy Valentine's Day fancy dress costumes.
Starting at the end of January, the fancy dress company has recorded a steep increase in the orders of risque and sexy fancy dress costumes. The quantity of sales for these costumes is unusual for the season with Escapade selling more sexy fancy dress costumes since the start of this year than they did in during the entirety of the previous year. The company has attributed the increase in orders of sexy fancy dress to the fast approaching Valentine's Day.
Amongst the most popular costumes sold during this period have been a series of sexy referee costumes, which may have something to do with the recent football scandal. Risque police officer costumes and the Mystery House range of costumes have also been selling very well. However, it isn't just sexy female costumes which have been moving off shelves; sexy men's police officer and fireman costumes are also proving to be exceedingly popular.
The best selling costume throughout the end of January and early February has been the Star Wars Princess Leia Slave Bikini, which sold out in record time. This costume has always proved very popular during this time of year, which is unsurprising considering it is widely credited with being the sexiest costume in cinematic history.
Director of Escapade, Bhupendra Maisuria said: "We think that the increase in sales of sexy costumes over this period is down to the economy. People are looking to save some money by staying in on Valentine's Day and it appears that they are buying sexy fancy dress costumes to make an extra special evening of it at home."

It has long been known by scientists that another protein, MDM2, ...
