MOSCOW, ID, February 16, 2011 (Press-News.org) The RE/Max Connections Moscow, Idaho team of realtors is pulling ahead of the pack in Latah region realty. The team moved up in rank, average sales, sales volume, and number of units sold compared to last year.
This was both better than expected and in stark contrast to the regional totals, which all lost ground compared to last year. The RE/Max realty team increased both the number of units sold and their total sales volume, netting a 9 point gain in percentage of area business.
Karyl Davenport, Patty Gemberling, Teri Skiles and Terri Guenthner, the founding team-members and Realtors at RE/MAX Connections, attribute their growth in these uneven times to consistently putting their focus and attention on their clients. "When we started RE/MAX Connections our number one goal was putting our clients first," they said. "RE/MAX International supports that philosophy and provides us with the marketing and education tools we need to give exceptional service."
RE/Max Connections Moscow, Idaho went from handling 16% of the region's sales in 2009 to about 23% of the region's sales in 2010. The next ranked realty office had 14% of the regions sales.
The information is based on MLS Office Ranking data for date ranges of 2009 and 2010.
The RE/Max Connections Moscow, Idaho office focuses on Moscow, Idaho real estate, and can be contact online at http://www.homesinmoscow.com, by phone at 208-883-9700, or in person at 325 W Third St, Moscow, Idaho 83843.
