She will be available for luxury yacht charter in the Western Mediterranean in time for the summer season and is being offered at a high-season rate of EUR45,000 per week, while her winter rate has been set at EUR40,000.

Built by the luxury yacht manufacturers Cantieri di Pisa and launched in 2006, Elena B is a fast and stylish cruising yacht and has been designed as a development of the well-regarded Akhir 85 model. She is based in the Marina di Varazze in Liguria and her combination of speed and style make her the perfect choice for an Italy yacht charter.

With a length of 26.70m (87'07") and a beam of 6.15m (20'02"), Elena B is one of the smaller vessels in the Fraser Yachts fleet. However, what space she has she utilises with remarkable efficiency and she is able to accommodate up to 9 overnight guests and a crew of 4.

Her guest accommodation makes use of four cabins, each of which is located below-deck. Her master cabin, which features a king-sized bed, is located towards the rear of the yacht and is insulated from the engines by a large bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. Her VIP cabin is located towards the front of the yacht and features a queen-sized bed, while her two remaining cabins, one of which features an extra Pullman bed, may be configured as double or twin rooms.

The main deck of M/Y Elena B comprises the wheelhouse, the galley as well as the main saloon and adjoining dining area, which feature white teak, Alcantra, soft leather and bespoke wool carpets. The aft-deck features a table, which can be used for al-fresco dining, and a swim-platform that is perfect for dining or accessing the yacht's range of water toys, which includes a Seadoo Jet Ski.

Al-fresco dining is also possible on the fly bridge, which features a bimini as well as a generous sunbathing area. It is also possible to control the yacht from this location; Elena B is powered by twin Diesel MTU 2000HP engines and is able reach a top speed of 28 knots and cruise at 23 knots. She has a fuel capacity of 8300 litres and a range of 450nm.

Florida Bill Would Affect All Property Insurance Claims, Including Less Sinkhole Coverage
