HAMPSHIRE, ENGLAND, February 20, 2011 (Press-News.org) Documation is proud to be working with Brighton & Sussex University Hospitals (BSUH). From early 2011, BSUH will be implementing Documation's Invoice Management Solution (IMS), with drivers to increase efficiencies in their accounts payable department and to improve control over their procure-to-pay processing.
This system, which is tightly integrated with their financial system will allow the automated processing of over 100,000 supplier invoices each year and will provide instant retrieval and online storage. Going live in 2011, the system will provide immediate cost and time savings.
Brighton & Sussex University Hospitals have been looking to gain efficiencies and cost savings from their invoice processing. Lee Evans, Systems Manager in Financial Services, said that "using Oracle's e-Business Financials, it is important to find a solution that would not only streamline our processes but would also interface seamlessly with the e-Business suite. Documation's IMS offers us a solution where these efficiencies can be recognised and with the added benefit of using the 'Enable' platform, we are able to see further benefits and cost savings throughout the hospitals."
Steve Pittaway, Documation Commercial Manager worked closely with BSUH's Finance Department to close the deal, and commented; "We are delighted to have cemented this relationship and we are looking forward to working closely with BSUH in the future to help them meet their efficiency targets".
BSUH operate a variety of patient care services from two sites; Princess Royal Hospital, Haywards Heath and the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton.
BSUH's use of the Enable IMS system will be recorded as a Case Study in 2011. In the meantime, for more information on the BSUH invoice processing solution, please contact the Documation Sales Manager, Alan Farrell on 023 8064 7776 or visit http://www.documation.co.uk.
