Spangenberg Shibley & Liber LLP Announces Nicholas A. DiCello as New Partner
Prominent Litigation Attorney DiCello made partner at prestigious Cleveland firm.

Esteemed litigation attorney Nicholas A. DiCello has been named partner at Cleveland law firm Spangenberg Shibley & Liber LLP.DiCello is bestowed with the honor after serving the firm as an associate attorney since 2004. He has demonstrated remarkable talent by proficiently representing clients in a diverse range of legal issues. DiCello has diligently served clients in personal injury, insurance bad faith, civil rights violations, class action, business litigation, commercial insurance disputes and bankruptcy litigation.

Since 2004, DiCello has been a practicing litigation attorney for Spangenberg Shibley & Liber LLP. He joined the firm after serving in a prestigious law clerk position for the late U.S. District Court Judge John M. Manos in the Northern District of Ohio. Since joining Spangenberg Shibley and Liber LLP, he has been named a "Rising Star" by Ohio Super Lawyers magazine in 2006, 2007, 2009, 2010 and 2011.
DiCello graduated "magna cum laude" from the Cleveland-Marshall School of Law in 2002. At Cleveland-Marshall, he served as Managing Editor of the Cleveland State Law Review. During this time, he authored and published the article No Pain, No Gain, No Compensation: Exploiting Professional Athletes Through Substandard Medical Care Administered by Team Physicians.
Before attending law school, DiCello played goalkeeper for the Cleveland Crunch, a professional soccer team in the N.P.S.L. Prior to becoming a professional athlete, Nicholas attended college at Lehigh University where he was honored as an Academic All-American Athlete and graduated with honors, majoring in Earth and Environmental Sciences.
