Learn Tips for Romance from Top Relationship Expert Dr. Patty Ann Tublin

If you are looking for a fun and exciting way to spice up your bedroom on Valentine's Day, or any day for that matter, why not start with your five senses?

2011-02-24
STAMFORD, CT, February 24, 2011 (Press-News.org) Dr. Patty Ann Tublin, a world-renowned relationship expert who helps couples stop fighting and achieve happiness and intimacy, has released a new article on her web site titled, "How to Create a Romantic Valentine's Day Bedroom Using Your 5 Senses." It is available now at http://www.drpattyann.com/Newsletters/2-4-10.html. Although the holiday has come and gone, her tips found here can be used every day!

In the article, Dr. Patty Ann offers several fun and exciting ways for couples to spice up their bedrooms on Valentine's Day (and any day) by using their five senses.

"Creating a sensory, romantic ambiance is easy if you use your five senses," says Dr. Patty Ann, "and is sure to put an exclamation point at the end of your Valentine's Day, or any day!"

Dr. Patty Ann recommends starting with the sense of smell, since smell is usually the first thing we are aware of when we enter a room.

"It's really easy to create a romantic aroma in our bedroom because there are an endless array of aromatherapy candles and incense out there to choose from," Dr. Patty Ann explains. "So pick your favorite scented candle(s) and light it up! We are, after all, still humans and our sense of smell triggers all sorts of chemical reactions in the brain that arouse our sensuality."

The article continues with several other suggestions that explore the senses of sight, taste, touch and sound.

"There are plenty of ways you can use your five senses to create a romantic bedroom ambiance. Whatever puts an exclamation point on the end of your day (night) is a go!" Dr. Patty Ann says.
