2011-02-24
EDMONTON, AB, February 24, 2011 (Press-News.org) "It's an honour to be recognized for the work we do," says First Foundation owner and broker Gord McCallum. "Our achievements and success come from helping our clients and focusing on their needs, and these nominations are a reflection of that."

The Edmonton-based independent mortgage brokerage has been nominated in the Best Internet Presence and Mortgage Brokerage of the Year (Under 25 Employees) categories. "One of our long-term goals has been to enhance our online presence and services," adds McCallum. "We were a finalist in the Best Internet Presence category in 2010, so being recognized again in 2011 shows me our efforts are really paying off."

With so many strong brokerages in Canada, First Foundation is especially thrilled to be a finalist for Mortgage Brokerage of the Year. "I'm so proud of our team for all their hard work. We're all very excited!" McCallum said.

Award nominations were submitted by industry peers and clients, with awards being presented in 21 categories at the CMP Canadian Mortgage Awards gala on April 29 in Toronto.
