Connecticut Real Estate Investors Assn. (CT REIA) Announces Real Estate Rehabbing Seminar With Robyn Thompson

HARTFORD, CT, February 28, 2011 (Press-News.org) The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, in association with Robyn Thompson is announcing an all-day real estate rehabbing seminar with Robyn Thompson. This event will take place on Saturday March 5, 2011 from 9:00am to 4:30pm, at the Four Points Sheraton, 275 Research Parkway in Meriden, CT. This event is $29 for CT REIA members, $19 for spouse of a CT REIA members, and $49 for non-yet-members.

Robyn Thompson is the nation's leading expert on buying, renovating, and selling single and multi-family homes. Robyn has renovated and sold over 304 homes to date and will be showing attendees how to invest in foreclosures. She will be teaching students: the 10 criteria to ensure the most profitable deals; how to find properties to retail; marketing and sales methods to attract the most qualified buyers; how to handle marketing response; how to handle and negotiate purchase offers; the rehab timeline and guidelines; things to do prior to closing and things to do the day of closing; how to know your target market; how to request a credit review; how to find available financing programs; how to find qualified buyers; income to debt calculations; the guidelines for low down payment programs; how to find down payment funds; how to understanding credit reports and "A" credit guidelines; where to obtain credit references; options when a buyer just can't afford a house; how to prescreen contractors; and much more.

Robyn Thompson has shared her knowledge with thousands of students across the nation and is coming to Meriden to explain her system and how attendees can benefit from it. As a bonus, Robyn will: give examples and practice problems for finding, rehabbing, marketing and closing a deal; provide tips on problems to avoid; and answer individual questions applying to your business.
