ORLANDO, FL, March 02, 2011 (Press-News.org) Liposuction is one of the most popular plastic surgery procedures in the United States. The results are good, and the recovery time reasonable, but surgeons are always looking for new tools that can help them get better results with less discomfort and an even shorter recovery period. The Tickle LipoTM device uses infrasonic nutational vibration to facilitate the removal of fat tissue while reducing trauma to other tissues. This contributes to increased precision, which may allow surgeons to more confidently sculpt delicate areas such as the knees, arms, calves, and neck. The infrasonic vibrations also interfere with the conduction of painful stimuli along nerve fibers, reducing the amount of discomfort a patient feels during the procedure.
