White Digital Media's Freddie Pierce Promoted to Director of Interactive Media

Two months after being hired as graphic designer, the artist proves he's ready for more

CARSBAD, CA, March 02, 2011 (Press-News.org) As White Digital Media's global corporation expands, the company showcases that growth from within is not only possible but feasible in a short period of time. Freddie Pierce, the former lead graphic designer, is now White Digital Media's Director of Interactive Media.

Pierce joined WDM in December of 2010 to help redesign the company's various magazines, websites and logos. While performing this "digital facelift," Pierce's creativity and initiative to lead others was overwhelming to upper management. The decision to promote Pierce coincided with last month's release of White Digital Media's newest company, Digital Media Marketing, a service-based creative agency.

In his time as graphic designer, Pierce reconstructed seventeen websites, created three company logos, including Exec Digital, White Digital Media's flagship brand, and has eight unreleased websites underway. Among numerous projects and long hours, Pierce also found the time to screen and interview the latest designers on his team, some of which are bi-lingual.
