HARTFORT, CT, March 02, 2011 (Press-News.org) The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, is announcing the start of its Spring 2011 Fast Track Team Coaching Program for buying, negotiating, holding and selling real estate. The first meeting of this 6-month program will take place on Wednesday March 9, 2011 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at the Comfort Inn, 900 East Main Street, Meriden, CT. Students of this program will learn all about the various aspects of buying houses, multi-family homes, and apartment buildings in Connecticut. The coaches for this program are seasoned investors who have closed over 200 deals to date and have over 64 years combined experience investing in real estate. Students will receive the most effective information for: managing a business, achieving short and long term business and personal goals, marketing, negotiating, owner financing, lease options, partners, real estate investing, property renovation and maintenance, tenant management, contracts, settlement statements, success strategies, motivation, communication skills, and more. Ethylene is needed for plastic bottles, textile fibers and water pipes. The most produced petrochemical is mainly used for the production of plastic. A new study of the market research institute Ceresana Research shows that ethylene producers are recovering from the sharp drop in the year 2009.
