Dr. Alicia Holland-Johnson Interviewed on Home Biz Site

Successful author and tutorial consultant, Dr. Alicia Holland-Johnson, interviewed on How to Build a Successful Home Based Business.

2011-03-03
ROUND ROCK, TX, March 03, 2011 (Press-News.org) Dr. Alicia Holland-Johnson is known around her community as a mother, teacher and tutor. Now, she adds twice published author to her growing list of achievements. And her success has not gone unnoticed. Soon after releasing her second book, Becoming a Better Tutor, Dr. Holland-Johnson was interviewed on popular home based business site, How to Build a Successful Home Based Business.

The book is positioned as a starting guide for tutors who wish to set up their own tutorial services. It teaches them how to develop curriculums, manage expenses, set self-goals and goals for their students, and track progress that's being made.

Says Dr. Holland-Johnson, "Tutoring has always been a strong part of my life, primarily because I enjoy watching people learn and grow. Making a positive impact on a child's life in itself can be very rewarding. And I wanted to share this feeling of accomplishment with other tutors. I have tried to do so by putting my knowledge and experience down in a book, Becoming a Better Tutor.

If as a tutor we can teach children to believe in themselves, to challenge themselves, and to be proud of their achievements, we have in a large part succeeded in creating an emotionally and academically stable child."

The interview which went live in February 2011, can be viewed on the How To Build a Successful Home Based Business website, or on this link: http://www.successful-home-based-business.com/dr-alicia-holland-johnson.html.

Dr. Holland-Johnson has a list of promotional events and interviews lined up and is considering offers to write her third tutorial related book.
