Financial Therapist Lora Sasiela And Yoga Teacher Jamie Hanley Team Up To Lead Financially Zen Workshop in Hazlet, New Jersey

Lora Sasiela, Financial Therapist and Founder of Financially Smitten, to hold joint financial therapy/yoga workshop with Jamie Hanley, Registered Yoga Teacher, on Sunday, March 27 in Hazlet, New Jersey.

2011-03-04
NEW YORK, NY, March 04, 2011 (Press-News.org) Lora Sasiela, Founder of Financially Smitten, is partnering with Jamie Hanley, Registered Yoga Teacher, to bring a unique spin on financial therapy to women in New Jersey.

Sasiela and Hanley will be hosting a joint yoga/financial therapy workshop, "Financially Zen", during which participating women will learn how to "make peace with their money" combining the tools of financial therapy and the wisdom of the yoga tradition.

Using gentle yoga, breathing exercises, visualization, and financial therapy techniques, these two experts will teach participants how to release limiting money beliefs, manage money anxiety, and feel more comfortable in general regarding the topic of money. Participants will leave with specific tips and tools that they can use immediately to improve their personal finances.

Sasiela states, "I am thrilled to share my expertise with the yoga community and know that bringing the body into the financial therapy work will create a powerful synergy. Yoga provides so many tools for staying present and grounded, which are an excellent antidote to the anxiety and overwhelm many women experience when it comes to managing their money."

Hanley adds, "I am so excited to partner with Lora and offer this unique workshop to our community. A self-confessed shopaholic, I understand how much women can benefit from finding financial balance, and taking the principles of yoga off the mat in this way is so important."

The "Financially Zen" workshop is scheduled to take place on Sunday, March 27 at 1pm - 4:45pm at the Elevate Yoga studios in Hazlet, New Jersey.

There is an early-bird registration discount and bonus gifts will be given to all participants.

More information and registration details are to be found at http://www.elevateyoga.net/events.html
