BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA, September 08, 2010 (Press-News.org) Brisbane hotels are sure to be crammed full of lovers of soulful music towards the start of October, as Simply Red come to town to play one of their final gigs.
The band are touring the world for one last time before they split up following their London O2 Arena show on December 19th 2010 and Brisbane is one of the lucky cities set to host one of these dates.
On October 1st 2010, Mick Hucknall's group will play at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre, which is likely to result in the many cheap hotels Brisbane has available being especially busy on the night.
The Farewell Tour has stopped at cities around the world since it got underway back in 2009, including unique performances in a number of forests across the UK.
Fans who are fortunate enough to be attending this show will no doubt be hoping that Simply Red air some of their greatest hits over the course of the night, such as Fairground, Money's Too Tight (To Mention) and Something Got Me Started.
People who will be staying in one of the 5 star hotels Brisbane has available on the night of the gig can get their hands on tickets from A$99.90.
The concert is expected to get started at 20:00 local time.
For more information on this event, visit the Brisbane Entertainment Centre website or contact the venue on (+61) 7 3265 8111.
