When I think about the real estate market and all the chaos I'm often asked for my prediction of when the housing market will be back to normal. I ask you what is normal

2011-03-07
WESTCHESTER, NY, March 07, 2011 (Press-News.org) For those who are asking for my housing market predictions want me to reassure them that their homes will soon be worth again what they were worth in recent past years.

Unfortunately, when it comes to making housing market predictions, what I'm hearing from the National Association of Realtor's is that there are no easy answers Short sales & Loan modifications are still a painful process; Foreclosures are going to continue at these levels for awhile & Unemployment level are still on an average high.

Over all this is still the best time to buy if you're able to considering the interest rates and home values are at record low. If you're able to secure a mortgage this is a great time to try to build Real Estate wealth. It will be a matter of time before were back to a sellers market.

The key is working with a real estate professional that's knowledgeable and familiar with current market such as my self with almost 10 years of experience in working with sellers helping them sell there home, co-op, condo, multi family or commercial properties to working with buyer in helping them find the right property or rental.
I also have successfully worked with home owners in helping them with Loan Modifications as well as short sale and deeds in lieu.

My area of expertise doesn't end there for many years now I have worked with different banks in helping them seller there REO properties, providing them with current market values as I hold an Appraisals Licensed asst & managing these properties for the banks.

I am very well rounded in the Real Estate market and continuingly taking Real Estate courses to broaden my knowledge in helping my clients. I believe in building long relationships as my goal is to fulfill my client's needs and be your realtor for life. Referrals are always welcomed.
