Effective immediately, patrons will be able to enjoy a brunch buffet that features a spread of made-to-order omelets, pancakes, waffles and other Red Room specialties. The brunch menu will resemble that of the popular brunches formerly held at Bogart's American Grill and Michael Dean's Seafood Grill and Oyster Bar. While Bogart's has recently closed its doors after a successful 10-year run, Michael Dean's is undergoing a transition into the second location of Rocky Top's popular Tribeca Tavern.
