Capriotti's Holds Third Annual Franchisee Convention At Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas

Franchisees From Around the Country Join to Celebrate Capriotti's 35th Anniversary

LAS VEGAS, NV, March 10, 2011 (Press-News.org) Capriotti's, a leader in fresh, unique and award-winning sandwiches, is celebrating 35 years of success and continuing growth at its Third Annual Capriotti's Franchisee Convention. "Continuing to Thrive at 35," will focus on maintaining the traditions that have made Capriotti's a success. The event kicks off Wednesday, March 9th with a golf tournament and continues through March 11th at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. The three day event will also include a welcome reception, franchise industry guest speakers, vendor expo, banquet dinner, award presentation and addresses from Ashley Morris, President and Chief Executive Officer and Patrick Walls, Chief Operating Officer.

Capriotti's is currently one of the fastest growing independent quick-service franchises in the United States. With more than 65 locations, Capriotti's has plans to open over 20 new shops by the end of 2011. The expansion includes bringing Capriotti's to new states and additional shops in existing markets.
