Our service engineers support all Dusenbery machinery whether it is for paper, film, foil, thermal transfer ribbons or hot stamping foils - from our most technologically advanced machines to our oldest slitters/rewinders.

Complementing our service engineers are electrical designers and programmers located in both the USA and UK. All of our engineers are prepared to travel worldwide on short notice. They have the knowledge and experience to install and troubleshoot our Dusenbery equipment as well as to train operators on any Dusenbery machine.
