Dream Town Realty Welcomes Three New Agents

Three local realtors joined Chicago-based real estate brokerage Dream Town Realty during the month of February. The new agents are Jennifer Lea, Joshua Katz and Daniel DePaepe.

2011-03-11
CHICAGO, IL, March 11, 2011 (Press-News.org) Dream Town Realty, the Chicago real estate industry's leading online company, announced the addition of three agents in February. The new agents are Jennifer Lea, Joshua Katz and Daniel DePaepe. All three offer home listing and purchasing services in the Chicago area.

Skillful negotiation and analytical finesse help Jennifer Lea make her clients' real estate dreams come true. She examines locations, trends and amenities to arrive at the best pricing for both buyers and sellers. She then takes the necessary time to ensure her clients understand this pricing depends on a variety of variables in this often challenging market. Before she got into real estate, Lea served as a manager, a role she believes helped her learn the art of negotiation. "As a manger it was essential to come to a win-win conclusion, and as a realtor I try to bring that same approach to clients by providing the best sales price and terms to sellers and an ideal property location and price for buyers," said Lea.

Joshua Katz is on a first name basis with many of Chicago's premier builders, an attractive quality for homeowners interested in new construction developments. Whatever a client's real estate needs may be, however, Katz's commitment to high quality customer service and his strong work ethic will serve them well. "I'm committed to exceeding my client's expectations of me," said Katz, who specializes in the sales and marketing of both residential and commercial properties. "I accomplish this through my vast and detailed knowledge of the city's many diverse neighborhoods and by listening to the individual needs of my clients, so that I can provide them with a roadmap that will net them great success."

Before Daniel DePaepe became a broker associate, he spent more than 10 years as a residential real estate appraiser in the Chicagoland area. "I've appraised thousands of residential properties, from studio condominiums to multi-million dollar single-family homes, which means I'll be able to provide my Dream Town clients a distinct advantage in finding the right property at the best possible price," said DePaepe. This intimate knowledge of Chicago's neighborhoods allows DePaepe to go the extra mile to ensure his clients' needs are met, as he firmly believes that this process is just not about real estate, it's about his clients' futures.
